SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $100 or more.

Please allow up to 72 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your Back 40 gear. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags if applicable and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.

For standard returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged or defective, reach out to us through our Contact page and we’ll work to make it right. If the mistake is ours, Back 40 will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help with an exchange, subject to product availability.
